Hadiza Okoya the daughter of billionaire industrialist, Chief Rasaq
Akanni Okoya wedded her fiancé, Olamiju Akala, the first son of former
Governor of Oyo State, Adebayo Alao-Akala today, Easter Sunday, 20th of
April. Their Islamic wedding termed ‘Nikkai’ and their white wedding
took place inside the expansive Okoya estate located in the Lekki area
of Lagos state. Here are pictures from the grand wedding.

A jilted lover boy identified as John Otoreh in Ishiagu
community near Asaba, Delta State, has allegedly killed his girlfriend and her
sister after a minor quarrel which ensued over his inability to make love, Leadership newspaper reports.
Reports said that the incident which took place on Friday
evening in the community shocked residents especially the elders as the suspect
before the incident had never displayed any serious notoriety.
Leadership Sunday reliably gathered that trouble started in
the early hours of Friday after a heated quarrel ensued between the lover and
his girlfriend identified as Rosemary (surname withheld) over his inability to
make love to her.
While the quarrel degenerated, an insider said that the
victim (his girlfriend) began to molest the suspect with all manners of
ridicules especially telling of his inability to make love, a situation the
younger sister joined to announce.
Earlier, the suspect had on Friday sound a note of warning
to the duo but fell on deaf ears as they allegedly continued to mock him of his
deficiencies as well as calling him unprintable names.

Celestina Kalu, confirmed that while the insults and ridiculous statements
rained on the suspect lasted, he was said to have been provoked and sought for
broken bottles and allegedly stabbed the victims in their stomachs while effort
to rescue them from serious bleeding by neighbours who rushed to the scene
proved abortive.
An eye witness said that the suspect had about two months
ago threatened to eliminate his girlfriend over the use of abusive words
especially his alleged inability to consistently make love to her.
Family sources said that the suspect had been embattled over the intermittent failure

How long have you been married?
2shotz: We have been married for a year. We got married
April 12, 2013.
How did you meet?
Precious: I met him on Twitter. I can’t remember who
followed who first, but I remember he put up a picture of his apartment and I
commented without knowing who he was. He
thanked me and we got talking. We moved the conversation from Twitter to phone,
then to Skype. I was in Ireland, came to Nigeria for Christmas and we met in
person.
2shotz: I went to see her at a restaurant in Ajao Estate,
Lagos. We had been talking on phone for a while before then. We ate, I went to
drop her at home. Her family and friends knew who I was. Apparently, she did
not know me until they started to hail me. Later, we went to a bar, had drinks
there and we just clicked. It was not planned neither did I have it in mind
that this was what I wanted to do. At that time, I was not trying to be in a
relationship.
What were the qualities that attracted you to him?
Precious: I was
eating when he walked in for our first date and I was put off by his bald head
and beard. People say guys with such looks are not good and I felt was trouble.
Even though I had seen him in pictures, seeing him up close was quite
different. But I found him to be very sweet.
2shotz: I like dark-skinned women and like I said earlier, I
was not looking for a relationship. She is dark-skinned and her attitude was
nothing like that of the average girl. What really got me was when we went to
church for the crossover service and there was a prayer point about getting
husbands and wives. While the prayer was going on, I was not praying but she
held my hand and prayed. Nobody had ever done that to me.
How long did you date?
2shotz: We did not date for too long.
How have you coped with fame?
Precious: When I found out who he was, I was not exactly
comfortable with it. First of all, he was not my ideal man. In my line of work
as a medical scientist, I was looking for a guy who had a nine-to-five job. But
I fell in love. Besides, you don’t always get what you want, not because it is
not right for you but because God has other plans for you. I was not looking for an artiste because my
father is one. He played with Oliver De Coque and my mother used to tell me
stories of how he changed women.
At some point we broke up and some of his close relations
and manager talked to me on why I should not walk out of the relationship. When
we first met, he had so many girls around him and I wondered where my place was
in the multitude. As far as coping with his stardom is concerned, I just go with
the flow. It's fun and I get to meet a lot of celebrities. I take pictures with
them and my friends in Ireland think I am living the life in Nigeria.
How would you describe being married?
Precious: It has been good and different because you have
this person who is always telling you what to do. It took me time to get used
to having to submit wholly. In Ireland, I started making my own money at age 16
and by the time I was 18, I had my own apartment. I had become used to being
independent.
You had to
relocate to Nigeria…
Precious: It was not an easy decision because my family is
in Ireland and I miss them. I am glad I am here for a good reason and learning
to be a wife. It’s great to be together in one place.
What has marriage taught you?
2shotz: I have learnt a lot of things they just never tell
you. There is no interesting thing about being married except for the
companionship and it saves you some money. You no longer have to eat out and
you don’t have to spend money on a couple of girls. Now, it’s just your wife.
It also prevents you from doing some things that are either promiscuous or
unnecessary.
When you quarrel, who is the first to apologise?
2shotz: Anybody apologises.
Precious: It is not anybody. He is stubborn and does not
believe he is wrong. He thinks because he is older than I am, he is never
wrong. His favourite sentence to me is, ‘I am telling you this because I have
the experience.’
Is there anything
you would like to change about each other?
2shotz: Her mouth. You know how women talk, they are never
satisfied.
Precious: That I don’t like certain things about him does
not mean I can’t live with it. But I will like him to be less stubborn. He is
an Igbo man who is deeply rooted in the Igbo culture which makes him think in a
certain way. At times, he is not willing to bend the rules just to make it
happen. I am just learning the values and tradition of my people.

Model Wants To Abort 4 Months Old Pregnancy So She Could Pursue Fame
Josie Cunningham, 24, sparked outrage when she had a £4,800 breast enlargement operation on the NHS. She is now four months pregnant after falling into a life of prostitution.
Yesterday, the aspiring model said she planned to abort the child to further her television career. She told Sunday Mirror; "An abortion will further my career. This time next year I won't have a baby. Instead I'll be famous, driving a bright pink Range Rover and buying a big house. Nothing will get in my way. I want to be famous for being me - Josie Cunningham, a glamour model in my own right. If I want to do that I need to put my career first.'
Ms Cunningham has now posed in a series of photographs showing off her growing baby bump.
Today, Ms Cunningham posted a confusing message on Twitter to those criticising her - which hinted she may be getting more surgery on the NHS.
It read: 'Thanks for strengthening my case for more cosmetic surgery on NHS! Proof that a certain feature affects my life.'
She also posted an image of a hand-written message which either read: 'Thank You £0 Online Trolls Josie x' or 'Thank You to Online Trolls Josie x.'
Furthermore, as mothers-to-be are entitled to free dental care, Ms Cunningham is said to be applying to receive a variety of procedures on the NHS.
The shameless model is reportedly set to have root canal surgery, a dental implant, a filling and her wisdom teeth removed.
Ms Cunningham said she was pleased the NHS would be footing the bill for her dentistry.
'I didn't get pregnant to have my teeth sorted, but it's a massive bonus,' she told The Sun.
'I'm sure people will be annoyed that I'm accepting this freebie but I couldn't care less.'
She said that she was annoyed the free dental care would only cover a silver filling, but added: 'I guess beggars can't be choosers'.
The unmarried mother-of-two, who says she is no longer working as an escort, does not know who the father of her unborn child is.
She says he could either be a surgeon who paid her £1,000 for a night of passion or a friend she has casual sex with.
Miss Cunningham hit the headlines last year when she underwent cosmetic surgery to increase her bust from 32A to a 36DD at St James’s Hospital in Leeds.
Last month she told how she had turned to escort work at the suggestion of a friend and had slept with her fourth client, an unmarried surgeon in his mid-30s, charging him £450 for dinner and £1,000 for a night of sex.
‘I’m ashamed to say I don’t know who the father is,’ Miss Cunningham told Closer magazine. ‘I’ve only slept with one client, but I’ve also been having casual sex with a friend.’
She was still seeing two clients a week until discovering that she was expecting a baby, and has since worked on adult phone lines.
Miss Cunningham has a congenital medical condition which means she has no breast tissue.
She says she was bullied about her flat chest from the age of 14.
Recently she decided she wants her breast implants removed - again paid for by the NHS.

The Bauchi State Police spokesperson, DSP Haruna Mohammed while confirming the incident said the gunmen stole a private vehicle belonging to the Principal of the School and also destroyed a bank vault
“Unknown gunmen attacked the staff quarters of GGSS Yana, Shira Local Government Area of Bauchi State, around 2.30am on Sunday. They set the school bus ablaze; and in the process, a five-year-old girl was killed in the fire while they destroyed the vault of a bank,’’ he said
He said a combined team of security forces are on the trail of the attackers.
