Drake Blasts Macklemore for sending text to Kendrick Lamar after Grammy win

After Macklemore won Best Rap Album at the 2014 Grammy Awards, he texted Kendrick Lamar to offer his condolences telling the rapper that he should have won instead of him. Well, Drake isn't impressed. In the new issue of Rolling Stone, Drake makes it very clear he thought the message was unnecessary.

He tells Rolling Stone

"I was like, 'You won. Why are you posting your text message? Just chill. Take your W, and if you feel you didn't deserve it, go get better — make better music. It felt cheap. It didn't feel genuine. Why do that? Why feel guilt? You think those guys would pay homage to you if they won?"

"To name just Kendrick? That shit made me feel funny. No, in that case, you robbed everybody. We all need text messages!"

Jungle Justice In Calabar: Mob Hack Suspected Thieves, Set Their Getaway Car Ablaze (Photo)

Three suspected criminals, who allegedly specialise in snatching bags from women in Calabar, Cross River State, were on Tuesday hacked with machetes till they were almost dead by residents of the area.

Punch reports that the suspected criminals had successfully snatched a bag containing money from a woman who had just stepped out of First Bank premises along Calabar Road and sped off. But unknown to the suspects, another unidentified lady in a car spotted what happened and gave chase with some other drivers. They intercepted the Volkswagen car at Goldie/Atu junction where an angry mob later took over.

 According to an eyewitness and a newspaper vendor, identified simply as Asuquo:

 “They snatched a bag from the woman on Calabar Road and drove through Target down to Goldie here, where they  were accosted by the mob. A lady who saw them when the thieves snatched the bag raised the alarm as she was driving and those people joined her in the chase.

“When the men got to Goldie by Atu roundabout, they attempted to make a U-turn, but about three cars blocked them from all sides.”

Asuquo explained further that when the suspected thieves saw that they had been trapped, they wound up the side glasses of the vehicle and remained inside.

“It was at that point that the lady in the first car came out of her car and raised the alarm, which attracted more people. Instantly, the thieves’ car glasses were broken and they were dragged out of the car. From nowhere, people brought out machetes.”

He said the suspected thieves were inflicted with cuts before the arrival of policemen from the Atakpa Police Division, who rescued and took the suspects to the station. The Volkswagen Vento salon car which was allegedly used by the thieves for the operation was also set ablaze by the angry mob.

When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr Hogan Bassey, said:

 “The boys are with us and are being given medical attention. They will appear in court after investigations are completed.”

Meanwhile, last Moday too, two robbers operating in a commercial tricycle around the Anantigha area of Calabar were killed on Monday, while their tricycle was set ablaze. Another suspected criminal was almost lynched along Uwanse Street, but was rescued by the police who whisked him away.

Plantashun Boyz Plans On Re-Uniting

On Sunday, February 2, 2014, defunct music group, Plantashun Boyz made up of Faze (Chibuzor Orji), Blackface (Ahmedu Obiabo) and Innocent Idibia (2Face) staged a comeback in a live performance in Festac Town, Lagos.  Excited fans were thrilled to a medley of old tunes by the once bubbling group.

In a chat with ENCOMIUM Weekly, Faze and Blackface talked about how they feel reuniting.
Excerpts:

BLACKFACE:

• How does it feel performing as Plantashun Boyz?

It feels good to be on stage together with my friends.  People have been longing for the songs we performed because it originated from the group.  It was a nice thing.

• Should we expect a collabo soon?

Yes, I am working on a collabo with the other two.  Very soon, it will materialize.

• What do you miss about not being together?I am not missing much, since we are all busy pursuing our careers separately.

• It is believed that there is still beef between the three of you?

We don’t have a beef, we only speak out our mind about each other when situation warrants it.

• What is the relationship between the three of you?

Fine, we are good.

FAZE:

• How does it feel that Plantashun Boyz is back?

It feels memorable, it feels good.  It is not the first time we will be doing such anyway.  It really feels great and exciting to sing together again.

• Should fans look forward to a collabo very soon?

We have been working together, though we all have our busy schedules.  I believe the time will come for that.

• What do you miss about not being together?

The company, the unity, the combination was very perfect.

• It was alleged that the three of you are always beefing each other, what is your take on that?

They are old stories, two people are married with kids among us.  We are more matured now, no relationship is without hiccup.  That is how life is but I assure you we are all good friends.

Devil On Earth!!! This Man Spent £10,000 Just To Look Like The Devil (Photos)

Some people have spent thousands to look like Barbie and Ken, others hanker after Cheryl Cole's dimples. But this man, 43-year-old Diablo Delenfer - real name Gavin Paslowone from Kent has spent thousands of dollars, £10,000 specifically, to transform himself into a living, breathing devil from hell.

The divorced father-of-two says his difficult, really expensive transformation began in 2007 and so far, he has had his tongue forked, his teeth turned into razor-sharp fangs and horns that poke from his forehead,

Now, he paid to have screws implanted into his skull in a bid to create a devilish metal Mohawk!

"I chose to become the Devil Man because everything else has been done, whether here or in America. I'm not satanic at all - it's just a piece of fun. I'm pleased with my look so far, but what I really want is a tail. And not just a synthetic one - a proper, organic tail."

Delenfer has since had his ears made pointy and endured a series of painful tattoos that now cover his face and arms. However, looking like Lucifer has made his quest to find a girlfriend - somewhat difficult.

Lady Cuts Out Tattoo Of Her Cheating Boyfriend's Name On Her Skin & Posts The Skin To Him (Photos)

They say hell hath no fury like a woman scorned - and here's a woman who's taken that fury to a terrifying new level. 26-year- old Torz Reynolds from London had been going out with Stuart 'Chopper' May for two years. Then he broke up with her, saying he was emigrating to Alaska to take a dream job. She even saw him off, tearfully, at the airport.
But a week later, Miss Reynolds was shocked when she discovered from friends that Chopper was still in the UK and had moved in with another woman he had been having an affair with for six months.
Miss Reynolds, a body piercer at the King's Cross Tattoo Parlour, had gotten the words ‘Chopper's Bitch' tattooed on her a year into her doomed relationship with Stuart. So, in revenge, she spent an hour and a half carefully slicing her skin. She removed the tattoo of her cheating ex-boyfriend's name with a scalpel. She then used a pair of dissection tweezers to peel the skin back and afterwards, the remnants of the tattoo were put in a jar, wrapped up with a bow and sent via recorded delivery to her former lover.
Miss Reynolds even tracked it online so she knew for definite that Chopper, 24, had received it. Miss Reynolds, originally from Colchester, Essex, said:
'I packaged it up so it really did look like a present. I even used different handwriting so he'd have no idea that it was me. 'I can't imagine what his reaction was. I wish I could have been there to see it'.
Talking about the pain:
I don't like pain, but the skin coming off was actually quite relaxing. It was the after-pain that hurt the most. It felt like a nasty stinging sensation and putting on clothes was a difficult task.
I got the tattoo of Choppper's name done as a surprise and he was really proud of it. The inking was on my forearm so whenever I lifted my pint glass, all his mates would see it and be amazed. Removing the tattoo like that was definitely closure. I like to get over things quickly and I always delete someone completely out of my life.
However, she never got a reply from her ex lover.
